Super Lazy Cheesy Pasta

My husband and I have been eating salads for the past couple weeks, trying to cut out fast food and fatty snacks. For us, that's a HUGE deal. We both love to eat, and we kind of enable each other to eat whatever we want. My husband tells me I'm beautiful and that he loves my body no matter what weight I happen to be at the time, so I'm never really concerned if I put on a few pounds. I guess I'm considered overweight for my height, but then again I've never wanted to be a 110 pound 5'2 skinny chick. That might work for some people but it doesn't for me, I like to fill out my clothes!

Anywho, I know that in order to stick to a diet I have to splurge every once in a while on a food that I'm craving. I can't completely deprive myself of good food, yes I enjoy my salads but sometimes a juicy cheeseburger or a couple pieces of bacon just sounds way better. So I splurge for a meal then go back to eating rabbit food. It works for me. Last night was one of those nights, I wanted something warm and comforting for dinner but I didn't want to go out to the store and I haven't been grocery shopping in a few weeks besides buying lettuce. So I broke out my Pinterest and surfed through some recipes to find something, and I stumbled across this. Easy, fast, and comforting, it hit the spot and warmed me up. The comments on the original recipe (found here) also suggest adding cream cheese to the spaghetti sauce, mixing with pasta, topping with mozzarella and baking for an easy ziti. I love my ziti, but I don't always want to take the 3 hours to make it so it might be a decent substitute for the nights when I'm craving it but not the time to make it.
