Crock Pot BBQ Chicken

I'm writing from my bed today. The husband and I haven't been sleeping very well, and what we do get it certainly not enough, so we're both exhausted when we wake up in the morning. So we agreed this morning that when he gets home from work today, we're eating dinner and then going to bed. Hopefully a solid night of sleep will set things right, I hate feeling so run down all the time!

I made this last night for dinner, yet another recipe from Pinterest. It was so easy and super delicious. Though the recipe calls for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high, I probably could have taken it out at 3 hours on high and it would have been perfect. I suggest you check yours after a few hours so you don't dry the chicken out. This meal is super easy to put together, the crock pot does all the work, and it goes perfectly with some mashed potatoes and butter dip biscuits.

Crock Pot BBQ Chicken

What you'll need:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
Generous dash of garlic powder

Preparation:
1. Place thawed chicken in crock pot
2. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl
3. Pour sauce over chicken, turn chicken over so it's evenly coated
4. Cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours
