Chicken & Wild Rice Casserole

There are no introductions for this recipe. It took me literally 5 minutes to make, all in one dish. Who doesn't love that?! And it's husband approved so I'm definitely going to make it again. Let's see it!

What you'll need:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 box long and grain wild rice
1 1/2 cans of water (use the soup can)
4 chicken breast halves, thawed

Preparation:
1. Mix the wild rice, seasoning packet, both soups, and water in a greased 9x13 dish.

2. Place chicken breast halves on top of rice and soup mixture, covering chicken with mix so it cooks evenly.

3. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 2 hours.

Holy cow that was easy! Yep, and it's delicious. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did :)
