I'm always looking for healthier alternatives to my favorite comfort food recipes. One of my all time favorite things is buffalo chicken wings, and basically anything that has something to do with buffalo chicken wings. I've made a Buffalo Chicken Dip before but had a mixture of dread and pleasure with every bite as I knew it was horrible for me, but so darn delicious! So I was ecstatic to find this alternative, and now I can have this dip and not feel so guilty about eating it. And in the end, isn't that what we want most out of food?
