Easy Lasagna
What you'll need:
1 jar spaghetti sauce (pick your favorite flavor)
6 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
¼ c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Spread about 1 cup pasta sauce in the bottom of a 2 quart baking dish (11x7). Top with 3 uncooked noodles, ricotta cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and 1 cup pasta sauce. Top with 3 remaining noodles and remaining pasta sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 1 hour, then uncover and top with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Let stand for 5 minutes, serve and enjoy! (PS-You can add a pound of ground beef/turkey to this recipe to make a more hearty meal)
