Chicken Pockets
What you'll need:
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 green onion (optional)
½ c. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp milk
Salt and pepper
1 tube crescent rolls
Melted butter (enough to coat crescent rolls)
Bread crumbs
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 375. Boil chicken until cooked through, then dice or cube. Soften cream cheese and mix well with salt, pepper, milk, green onion and shredded cheese. Add chicken. Take 2 crescent rolls and press the seams together to create a rectangle. Add chicken mixture, fold pocket over and seal the edges. Brush with melted butter and roll in bread crumbs. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, serve and enjoy!
