My husband and I have been eating salads for the past couple weeks, trying to cut out fast food and fatty snacks. For us, that's a HUGE deal. We both love to eat, and we kind of enable each other to eat whatever we want. My husband tells me I'm beautiful and that he loves my body no matter what weight I happen to be at the time, so I'm never really concerned if I put on a few pounds. I guess I'm considered overweight for my height, but then again I've never wanted to be a 110 pound 5'2 skinny chick. That might work for some people but it doesn't for me, I like to fill out my clothes!
