Garlic Chicken Fettucini Alfredo

Garlic Chicken Fettucini Alfredo

What you'll need:
2-3 chicken breasts
1 box Fettucini noodles
2 jars alfredo sauce
half pound of preshredded italian cheese blend
garlic powder
1/2 cup butter
Broccoli florets(optional)

defrost chicken
preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix garlic powder (i do a few tablespoons of garlic - but we love garlic so its up to you on how much you add) and butter together. Spread butter garlic mixture on the chicken breasts. Cook chicken breasts on cookie sheet in oven for 20-25 min or until chicken juices run clear and no pink is showing in the middle when you cut it open.

While Chicken is cooking boil fettucini noodles until "al dente". Strain noodles.

In large pot pour the two jars of alfredo sauce. Turn heat to medium. Mix cheese in until the sauce is creamy and cheesy. Add in noodles.

Shred/cut chicken into 1-2" pieces. Add to fettucini.

If broccoli is desired steam broccoli and add to fettucini.
Serve hot and with garlic bread.
