What you'll need:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices pepper Jack cheese
Barbeque sauce (choose your favorite)
Preparation:
Carefully cut a pocket in each chicken breast. Fill with cheese; secure with soaked wooden skewers. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat OR broil 4 inches from the heat for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until juices run clear, basting frequently with barbeque sauce. Remove skewers before serving, enjoy!
